Return Policy
At Lizaluxe Hair, we value our customers and want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return guidelines below:
• Eligibility for Returns:
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Hair must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair that has been worn, altered, or washed.
• Process for Returns:
• Contact us via email/WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, you may send the product back using Courier Guy or PAXI (Pep) at your own cost.
• Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Non-Returnable Items:
• Sale items, clearance products, and promotional giveaways cannot be returned.
Delivery Policy
We deliver nationwide across South Africa using Courier Guy, PAXI (Pep), and PUDO lockers.
Delivery Options & Fees
PUDO Locker Collection – R70 | 1–3 working days
(Collect from your nearest PUDO locker – convenient & affordable).
Courier Guy (Door-to-Door) – R170 | 1–3 working days
(Fast doorstep delivery straight to your home or office).
PAXI (Pep-to-Pep)
Standard: R70 | 7–9 working days
Express: R120 | 3–5 working days
(Collect your parcel from your chosen Pep store).
• Delivery Times:
• Orders are dispatched on Wednesdays and Fridays only.
• Orders placed before 12 PM on dispatch days will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after cut-off will be sent on the next dispatch day.
• Delivery Costs:
• Calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed on Wednesdays and Fridays only.
Any order placed after 12 PM on dispatch days will be shipped on the next dispatch day.
Processing times may be delayed during public holidays or high-demand periods.
Limitation of Liability
Lizaluxe Hair is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from misuse, improper installation, or alteration of our products.
Customers are esponsible for following care instructions to maintain product quality.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation Window
Orders may be canceled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
